We at BRG & Associates offer a non-compete family type environment where each member can feel comfortable in asking for assistance from the Broker, Office Manager or other team members. We value your time with minimal office meetings and if desired a personalized training plan by individual. Whether you are new to the business or a seasoned Real Estate professional we have a commission plan that should fit your business model.

No Office Fee plan: Commission is 80% to you and 20% to the office with no additional office or E&O insurance expense. Simply said if you don’t make a commission then neither does the office.

Maximum Return plan: $299 per month recurring office fee with $250 residential transaction fee or $500 commercial transaction fee. Land transaction fee is based on residential or commercial contract selected.

Team Plan: $299 per month for team leader and $150 per team member or assistant. Transaction fees are the same as the maximum return plan listed above.
